  • Class Interaction

The teacher-student ratio is  1: 19.  Classroom interaction is guided by the Main teacher with help from an Assistant teacher, to ensure that individualised teaching-learning happens and that every child’s unique attributes are clearly recognised and brought forth. Teachers enact dramas and moral stories to inculcate the strength of our societal values & deep Indian ethos.

The primary role of TFA teachers is to:

• Respect the ideas, potential & values that each student brings to the school
• Build on individual creativity & experience
• Make every student feel valued, safe & comfortable
• Arrange the classroom & activities as an extension of home
• Promote Stress-free learning even as they aim for the attainment of minimum levels of learning
• Include Parents as Partners in all areas of education
• Establish relationships based on trust
• Enjoy & nurture every child as an individual

Every floor has 2 maids & one peon, who look after the overall needs of the students during their school hours, including - toilet-needs, changing of soiled clothes, water delivery, lunch delivery to classrooms, escorts for field trips, etc.
