While aiming to make globally competent learners, the deep Indian ethos at TFA is evident in the manner by which children experience the various festivals and celebrations. Celebrations bring people together, add colour to life, bring unity in diversity and fun in learning. Practically every other day is a day of celebration- celebrating the birthday of some Tender Feetian!
These are interspersed through the year-long curriculum and include- religious festivals, cultural events, festivals of historical and national importance, birth anniversaries of important personalities & important events from across the world. Children learn to celebrate the day & date, the associated food & attire, enact the related story, relive the event. Most importantly, they learn to celebrate LIFE!

Children’s Day is celebrated across India to increase awareness of the rights, care and education of children. It is celebrated on 14 November every year as a tribute to India’s First Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, fondly known as Chacha Nehru. TFAites celebrated Children’s Day by playing different games and activities.
TFA celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi wherein children made Ganesha idols from clay. Children dramatized the story, significance behind Ganesha’s Elephant Head. Nursery & Junior KG performed dance and Senior KG sang songs.
Field trips are a fun-filled activity for children. Visits to religious places play an important role in the life of children. Children of Junior KG visited Nandalaya as a part of the Janmashtami celebration. The children and Teachers were served prasad.
